Tattoo U Direct will accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
Product(s) must have been purchased directly from a transaction on the Tattoo U Direct website and be unopened within 15 days of the original delivery date. Tattoo U Direct will pay the return shipping costs only if the product is determined to be defective by Tattoo U Direct or the return is a result of a processing error. Return freight costs for issues related to shipping errors by the carrier, damage in transit, and other events outside of the direct control of Tattoo U Direct will not be covered. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 25 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to be obtained from Tattoo U Direct. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 4 weeks of receiving the returned item.

Overstock items or other special sales items that will be identified at the point of sale.
