What shipping options do I have?
We currently offer UPS shipping on most orders to the lower 48 States! Some exceptions may apply. Most orders will ship either UPS or Fedex and depending on which item(s) you order, they may ship separately from different warehouses so you get your items more quickly. You won't be charged for multiple shipments.
When will you ship my order?
We only sell items that are in stock and ready to ship. Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1-2 Business Days from the time the order is received Monday - Friday. We must receive orders no later than 1:00pm EST (M-F) to ship same day when shipping via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air.
What are the shipping costs?
For a limited time, Tattoo U Direct is offering FREE shipping throughout the continental USA with a minimum order of $50. Please use coupon code "FREESHIP50" at checkout. For other orders, shipping is calculated at time of check-out and depends on the total weight and location of your order. Depending on which item(s) you order, they may ship separately from different warehouses. You won't be charged for multiple shipments. We also offer 2nd Day & Next Day Air rates when expedited shipping is needed (additional cost) on most items. If you need something expedited, please let us know and we will be happy to help. (Large palette sized orders may ship via truck or other common carrier).
We always strive for the lowest possible costs for shipping. Unfortunately sometimes we are forced to raise our rates because of factors outside our control such as higher fuel prices, fuel surcharges, and increased rates from our vendors. When this happens, rest assured we continue to offer you the best value by limiting the increases as much as possible.
International Shipping?
We can ship to Canada and some other countries on special request. Please contact us for more information.
Who pays for Taxes & Duties on International Shipments?
The receiver/customer will pay for all duties and taxes. Customers should expect to be charged 20% of the total value of your order as estimated duties and taxes. When your package is delivered, the shipper (UPS, etc) will collect these fees from you. If the value of the package is high and requires a substantial amount of duties and taxes, our partners may contact you to secure the payment ahead of time before delivery.
